Over the past three years our service department and our sales department have been in two different locations and my ability to communicate with my service customers has been limited. I hope that these newsletters will help with that. I will be back in charge of both sales and service after the construction. I will have a nice big waiting room with a place for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. In the mean time we are offering special deals on service and on our body work. Gentlemen:
I'm sure you get your share of complaints, and I am happy to say this is not the case. When we decided to make a purchase of an automobile we pondered long and researched just as long as to waht was the best car. We decided on a 2006 Mercedes R350 and have been surprisingly happy.
What has been even more gratifying has been the Mercedes Benz Warranty! In an age of some lemon vehicles, there are some car dealers that will promise the world, at the time they're trying to sell the car. The Mercedes' warranty backed all the promises that were made. It was our pleasure to bring our Mercedes R350 in for some warranty work and not only did you fix what we brought the car in for, but you took the initiative to inspect and find other items that were under warranty and repaired same (at no cost). To the two of us that's when a manufacturer stands tall!
